Church Health Workshops
The Church Health Workshop is a two-day event that helps pastors and their key leaders engage in guided interactive discussions on implementing change, multiplying leaders, and growing healthy churches.
Each attending church will be connected with a coach and a suggested 12-month coaching plan that builds upon the content covered during the two-day workshop.

The Acts 2 Journey Cohort is a transformative process led by an experienced team to help you fulfill the vision you have to strengthen your church spiritually, numerically, and relationally. Join a team of leaders from your church for a series of four gatherings over the course of a year to pray, dream, and strategize about the future of your church.

The Acts 2 Journey Intensive
The Acts 2 Intensive is designed to lead attendees through the content of all four retreats of the one-year Acts 2 Journey cohort. We do this over the course of two days. If you’d like to become acquainted with the entire Acts 2 Journey cohort system, you’re in the right place! This training is the first step in the process to equip you to lead cohorts in person or virtually.
The Intensive provides an opportunity to be immersed in the process. Explore how you can embed a church health template into the culture of your district or network.
Who Should Attend?
Pastors with a passion for mentoring others.
Many district leaders value sending sectional presbyters to the Intensive. These trained presbyters can then lead Acts 2 Journeys Cohorts in their districts or networks. They can also provide follow-up training and accountability for churches that have completed the Acts 2 Journey Cohort.

To join an Acts 2 Journey Cohort, contact your regional church network or denominational leadership using the link below. They organize and schedule cohorts in your area. If there isn't a cohort currently planned, express your interest – your inquiry might spark the formation of a new group! Alternatively, you can register for our online cohort option, which allows you to participate from anywhere.
