        Create a customizable survey link and send an email invitation to the congregation to take the 15-minute survey. The assessment link remains active for up to three weeks and will auto-extend for an additional week if the minimum number of 30 responses has not been reached. When the survey period closes, you'll receive a detailed report in each of the twelve areas, along with recommended next steps.

    Affordable and Accessible

        The Acts 2 Church Survey is available for just $150 per church. A printable PDF of the survey questions is available for congregants who prefer to complete the survey by hand. Congregants' responses can be entered by a pastor or survey administrator using the church's customizable survey link. Or, consider making a computer available in a common area with your church’s unique survey link open in a web browser.
